FileGrab ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Core Creations. We are based in Australia. You can contact us at hello@filegrab.io.

2. What data we collect

Account data: Your email address and name when you sign up.
Scan data: The URLs you scan and the file lists returned. These are stored to power your scan history.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data: Credit transactions, download history, and activity timestamps.

3. How we use your data

To provide and improve the FileGrab service.
To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts).
To prevent abuse and maintain security.

4. Who we share data with

Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Vercel — application hosting.
We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and scan data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@filegrab.io.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
